Berry Maca Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder (Gelatinized)
  • 1 tbsp Duck River Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp White Hulled Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar Crystals
  • Fresh berries for topping

Directions

  1. Blend frozen banana, frozen berries, non-dairy milk, maca powder, and honey in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy. Use minimal liquid to keep it thick.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top with rolled oats, sesame seeds, coconut sugar crystals, and fresh berries.
  4. Serve immediately while cold.
