Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Hazelnuts (dry, roasted), chopped
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Duck River Honey
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Sugar Crystals
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Redmond Real Salt

Directions
- Combine oats, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until well combined and mixture holds together when pressed.
- Roll mixture into 16-18 small balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
- Substitute California Almonds (raw) for hazelnuts if preferred.
