Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Craft & King medium roast (or your preferred coffee)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp TN maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- Splash of milk or cream (optional)

Directions
- Brew the coffee using your preferred method with 1 cup of hot water.
- Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon while the coffee is still hot.
- Add a splash of milk or cream if desired.
- Give it a stir and enjoy right away.
Notes
- For an iced version, brew the coffee, add the maple syrup and cinnamon while warm, let it cool, then pour over ice.
- Try this with Fireside medium/dark roast for a smokier, bolder flavor.
- A pinch of nutmeg adds a nice holiday-spice twist.
