Cinnamon Maple Coffee

Sometimes the simplest upgrades make the biggest difference. Adding real maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon to your morning coffee turns an ordinary cup into something you genuinely look forward to. The maple brings a rich, caramel-like sweetness, and the cinnamon adds warmth that pairs perfectly with a good medium roast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Craft & King medium roast (or your preferred coffee)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp TN maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • Splash of milk or cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Brew the coffee using your preferred method with 1 cup of hot water.
  2. Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon while the coffee is still hot.
  3. Add a splash of milk or cream if desired.
  4. Give it a stir and enjoy right away.

Notes

  • For an iced version, brew the coffee, add the maple syrup and cinnamon while warm, let it cool, then pour over ice.
  • Try this with Fireside medium/dark roast for a smokier, bolder flavor.
  • A pinch of nutmeg adds a nice holiday-spice twist.
