Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Whole Black Chia Seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons TN Maple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Ginger
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar Crystals

Directions
- Whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Add chia seeds and whisk vigorously for 2 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, whisking once more after 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled, topped with a sprinkle of coconut sugar crystals for extra sweetness.
Notes
- Add Cardamom (ground) for additional warming spice flavor.
