  • 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons warm water

*Bolded ingredients are products we typically carry at Tare Bulk Foods.

Directions

  1. Grind white hulled sesame seeds in a food processor until smooth and paste-like. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add grated ginger, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
  3. Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until you reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Let sit 10 minutes for flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Dressing keeps in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Thin with water if it thickens.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne for heat or coconut sugar crystals for extra sweetness.
