Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white hulled sesame seeds, ground into paste
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon TN maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons warm water

Directions
- Grind white hulled sesame seeds in a food processor until smooth and paste-like. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add grated ginger, turmeric, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until you reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Let sit 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
Notes
- Dressing keeps in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Thin with water if it thickens.
- Add a pinch of cayenne for heat or coconut sugar crystals for extra sweetness.
