Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon

This simple preparation lets high-quality salmon shine while aromatic herbs create a flavorful crust. The technique works beautifully for both individual fillets and larger portions for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons **Extra Virgin Olive Oil**
  • 2 tablespoons **Parsley Flakes**
  • 1 tablespoon **Dill**
  • 1 teaspoon **Thyme**
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon **Lemon Peel**
  • 1 teaspoon **Redmond Real Salt**
  • 1/2 teaspoon **Black Pepper**
  • 2 tablespoons **Lemon Juice**

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Mix remaining olive oil, herbs, garlic, lemon peel, salt, and pepper in small bowl to form paste.
  4. Spread herb mixture evenly over top of each salmon fillet. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Try **Herbs De Provence** for French-inspired flavor
  • Substitute **Avocado Oil** for olive oil if preferred
  • Internal temperature should reach 145°F
