This simple preparation lets high-quality salmon shine while aromatic herbs create a flavorful crust. The technique works beautifully for both individual fillets and larger portions for entertaining.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons **Extra Virgin Olive Oil**
- 2 tablespoons **Parsley Flakes**
- 1 tablespoon **Dill**
- 1 teaspoon **Thyme**
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon **Lemon Peel**
- 1 teaspoon **Redmond Real Salt**
- 1/2 teaspoon **Black Pepper**
- 2 tablespoons **Lemon Juice**

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Mix remaining olive oil, herbs, garlic, lemon peel, salt, and pepper in small bowl to form paste.
- Spread herb mixture evenly over top of each salmon fillet. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Try **Herbs De Provence** for French-inspired flavor
- Substitute **Avocado Oil** for olive oil if preferred
- Internal temperature should reach 145°F
