Lemon Ginger Immunity Tea

This soothing tea blend combines warming ginger root with bright lemon and immune-supporting elderberries. Perfect for cold mornings or when you need a gentle wellness boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Root, fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon Elderberries
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Peel
  • 1 teaspoon Echinacea Root
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Duck River Honey

Directions

  1. Combine ginger root, elderberries, lemon peel, and echinacea root in a small saucepan with water.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds.
  3. Strain tea through a fine mesh strainer into mugs. Stir in honey while tea is still hot.
  4. Serve immediately while warm for best flavor and therapeutic benefits.

Notes

  • Fresh ginger can be sliced thin and used instead of dried for a more intense flavor.
  • Add Rose Hips for extra vitamin C support during cold season.
