This refreshing herbal iced tea showcases the bright, citrusy flavor of lemon verbena leaves. Naturally caffeine-free and perfect for hot summer afternoons.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Lemon Verbena Leaf
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Duck River Honey
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice cubes

Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add lemon verbena leaves.
- Steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain out leaves.
- Stir in honey while tea is still warm until dissolved.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
Notes
- Substitute Lemon Balm Leaf for similar citrusy flavor.
- Add Peppermint Leaves for a cooling twist.
