This rich, creamy fudge celebrates the pure taste of Tennessee maple syrup paired with toasted walnuts. The combination creates an indulgent treat that's surprisingly simple to make and requires no candy thermometer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup TN Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar Crystals
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup hot water

Directions
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Whisk coconut cream powder with hot water until smooth. Set aside to thicken for 5 minutes.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine maple syrup, coconut sugar crystals, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and quickly whisk in the coconut cream mixture and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and immediately pour into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Toast Walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-4 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Can substitute Pecan Halves for walnuts if preferred.
- Store covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
