Ingredients
- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1/3 cup TN Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions
- Combine steel cut oats, water, and salt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours.
- In the morning, stir in maple syrup, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Divide among serving bowls and enjoy cold, or warm gently in microwave if preferred.

- Toast the Walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-4 minutes for extra flavor
