Ingredients
- 2 cups **Great Northern Beans**, cooked and cooled
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup **Extra Virgin Olive Oil**
- 3 tablespoons **Red Wine Vinegar**
- 2 tablespoons **Lemon Juice**
- 2 teaspoons **Oregano**
- 1 teaspoon **Garlic Powder**

- 1/2 teaspoon **Black Pepper**
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
- Combine beans, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
- Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss gently to combine. Fold in fresh parsley.
- Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to meld before serving. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
