Montreal Seasoned Grilled Chicken

Montreal chicken seasoning does all the work in this recipe. It is a bold, savory blend that creates an incredible crust when grilled. The chicken stays juicy, the outside gets beautifully charred, and dinner is on the table in about 20 minutes. This is the ultimate low-effort, high-reward meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

  1. Pound the chicken to an even thickness (about ¾ inch).
  2. Rub with olive oil and coat generously with Montreal chicken seasoning.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and grill marks are visible.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
