Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed

*Bolded ingredients are products we typically carry at Tare Bulk Foods.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat pork tenderloin dry and brush all sides with avocado oil.
- Combine sesame seeds, five spice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. Roll pork in mixture, pressing gently to help coating adhere.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork on all sides until golden, about 6-8 minutes total.
- Transfer skillet to oven and roast 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Let pork rest after cooking to ensure juices redistribute for maximum tenderness.
- Substitute Garam Masala seasoning for five spice for an Indian-inspired variation.
- Serve sliced over rice with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
