Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp fresh Ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic Powder or fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp White Hulled Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp TN Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Redmond Real Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 2 cups cooked Brown Basmati Rice

Directions
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced ginger and garlic to the beef. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve immediately over cooked brown basmati rice.
Notes
- Toast White Hulled Sesame Seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes before adding for extra nutty flavor.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or snap peas in step 2 for extra nutrition.
- Substitute White Thai Jasmine Rice or Tricolor Quinoa for the brown basmati rice.
