Ingredients
- 1/4 cup White Hulled Sesame Seeds
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar Crystals
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Root, dried
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Directions
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently.
- Transfer toasted seeds to a blender or food processor. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, ginger root, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. The mixture should be pourable but thick.
- Stir in nutritional yeast flakes and blend briefly to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Use immediately or store in refrigerator.
Notes
- For spicier sauce, increase Cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon.
