Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika Powder
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Soup Blend
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 bay leaves

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef, breaking it into chunks, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion softens, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in broth and add bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Add vegetable soup blend and simmer covered for 1.5-2 hours until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
- Remove bay leaves before serving.
Notes
- Substitute Wagyu Ground Beef for an upgraded version.
- Add Cumin for extra warmth.
- Serve over Brown Basmati Rice or with crusty bread.
