Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Duck River honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of cayenne
- Fresh lemon juice (optional)

Directions
- Warm water to just below boiling, about 180°F.
- Whisk honey into warm water until completely dissolved.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne until well combined.
- Add lemon juice if using for extra vitamin C and brightness.
- Drink while warm, stirring occasionally as spices may settle.

- Start with less vinegar if new to ACV tonics and gradually increase
