These no-bake energy bites combine the nutty richness of sesame seeds with deep chocolate flavor for a satisfying treat. Perfect for afternoon energy or post-workout fuel.
Ingredients
- 1 cup White Hulled Sesame Seeds
- 6 Unpitted Medjool Dates, pitted
- 3 tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 2 tablespoons Duck River Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar Crystals

Directions
- Process sesame seeds in a food processor for 3-4 minutes until they form a smooth tahini paste.
- Add pitted dates, cacao powder, honey, salt, and coconut sugar to the processor. Pulse until mixture comes together into a sticky dough.
- Roll mixture into 12-14 small balls using your hands. If mixture is too sticky, chill for 10 minutes before rolling.
- Place energy bites on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week in an airtight container.
- Substitute Cocoa Powder for a milder chocolate flavor if desired.
- Roll finished bites in Medium Shredded Coconut for extra texture and tropical flavor.
