These vibrant chicken drumsticks get their deep flavor from a tandoori spice marinade that transforms ordinary chicken into something extraordinary. The yogurt marinade tenderizes the meat while the spices create a beautiful golden crust.
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks (per LB)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Tandoori seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions
- Whisk together yogurt, tandoori seasoning, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add drumsticks and toss to coat completely. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove drumsticks from marinade and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
- Works equally well with Chicken Thighs (per LB).
- Substitute Garam Masala seasoning if tandoori is unavailable.
- Serve with White Basmati Rice and vegetables.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor penetration.
