Turmeric gives these scrambled eggs a gorgeous golden color and a subtle earthy warmth. Paired with black pepper, which helps your body absorb the beneficial compounds in turmeric, and a handful of fresh spinach, this is a breakfast that is as good for you as it tastes.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp garlic granules
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼ tsp Redmond Real Salt

Directions
- Whisk the eggs with the turmeric, garlic granules, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted. Push to the side of the pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let it set for 30 seconds, then gently fold and stir until the eggs are just set but still soft.
- Serve immediately while everything is warm.
Notes
- Add diced avocado on top for healthy fats and extra creaminess.
- Try adding a pinch of cayenne if you like a little morning heat.
