Women's Wellness Tea

Red raspberry leaf tea has been a staple in women's herbal traditions for generations, prized for its mineral content and gentle toning properties. Nettle leaf adds even more minerals to the cup, and chamomile brings a soft, calming sweetness that makes the blend genuinely enjoyable to drink. This is a tea you can sip daily as a nourishing part of your routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red raspberry leaves
  • 1 tsp nettle leaf
  • 1 tsp chamomile flowers
  • 2 cups boiling water

*Bolded ingredients are products we typically carry at Tare Bulk Foods.

Directions

  1. Place the red raspberry leaves, nettle leaf, and chamomile flowers in a tea infuser or teapot.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover.
  3. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes for a full-flavored, mineral-rich infusion.
  4. Strain and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For maximum mineral extraction, try steeping this blend for 4 hours or overnight as a nourishing infusion (see the Nettle Nourishing Infusion recipe for the method).
  • Add a spoonful of Duck River honey or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
  • Mix a large batch of the dry blend to keep in a jar for quick daily brewing.
